Tailored Arms stands firmly behind the quality and craftsmanship of our custom firearms. We warrant to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER that our firearms will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of [X years/lifetime] from the date of purchase. This warranty reflects our commitment to providing you with a product you can rely on.

Should an issue arise, this warranty ensures the repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, surface finish, and wear to moving parts
  • Use of ammunition other than that specified for the firearm
  • Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or failure to maintain the firearm properly
  1. Claim Process and Customer Responsibilities

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Ship the firearm or affected part to the address provided by our customer service team. Firearms must be shipped in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Shipping costs to our facility
  • Ensuring the firearm is securely packaged for transit

We will cover the return shipping cost for items repaired or replaced under warranty. Rest assured, Tailored Arms will work diligently to resolve your issue and get your firearm back in working condition.

  1. Return and Repair Policies
  • All warranty repairs will be conducted by our qualified technicians or authorized service centers.
  • If repair is not possible, we reserve the right to replace the firearm or part with a comparable product of equal or greater value.
  • Any non-warranty repairs will be billed to the customer. A detailed estimate will be provided for approval before work begins.

At Tailored Arms, we take pride in our products and the services we provide. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in every firearm we craft.

  1. Exclusions and Disclaimers

This warranty is void if:

  • The firearm has been altered, including the addition of aftermarket components not approved by Tailored Arms.
  • The serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced.
  • The firearm has been damaged due to negligence, accidents, or improper storage.

Tailored Arms makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Tailored Arms be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

  1. Legal Obligations and Liability Caps

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Updates to Policy

Tailored Arms reserves the right to update or amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The terms of the warranty in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your firearm.
